Evidence and limits
This page is a landmark comparison, not a to-scale map or a route walkthrough. The official territory article explains forest landmarks; the game store separately confirms the Moonpool and island among its lake locations.
Forest versus lake landmarks
The Clans migrate during The New Prophecy. Do not place every forest landmark around the lake.

Reading a camp map
Look for the entrance, medicine den, nursery, warriors' den, apprentices' den, elders' den and the leader's meeting point. A fresh-kill pile is a food store, not a separate Clan or sacred site.
On a wider map, locate neutral meeting ground before tracing borders. A map from one era cannot safely locate a camp or boundary in every later novel.
Where to find the actual map
The official territory guide points readers to maps at the beginning of the books. Open the relevant edition or its legitimate publisher preview, rather than assuming a fan map represents current canon.
Clans of the Forest is an adaptation of lake locations for play. Its forest paths and travel routes are not a surveyed copy of the novel maps, and a Roblox map can differ again.

Is Fourtrees on the lake map?
Fourtrees belongs to the old forest setting; the lake-era Gathering place is the island.
Are Moonstone and Moonpool the same place?
No. They serve related spiritual purposes in different settings.
