Evidence and limits
The numbered list follows the official catalogue, not in-world chronology. These books can cover earlier lives or bridge later arcs, so beginning with number one is not automatically the best spoiler-safe choice.

Choose by interest, not just number
For first-arc characters, finish The Darkest Hour before choosing a backstory. For SkyClan, read Firestar's Quest before its sequel SkyClan's Destiny. For later releases, check the official reading guide and the publisher blurb for spoilers rather than assuming every side novel stands completely apart.
A Super Edition is a novel, not a strategy guide for the games. Recognising a cat in both media does not make the book an explanation of that cat's game mechanics.
Questions people ask
How many Super Editions are listed?
19 in the official catalogue checked on 24 October 2026. This is a title count, not a count of formats or translated editions.
Are they all about just one cat?
Many focus on one character, but the category also explores groups and wider Clan events. The title and synopsis are better guides than a strict one-cat rule.
Must I read them all?
No. They are side novels. Some provide especially useful context between arcs, but you can add them gradually.
